Follow with 18 minutes of interval training.  Perform whatever cardio you choose – walk, dance, run, bicycle – start with warm up, then push yourself to your maximum effort for 60 seconds, then back down to normal level for 2 minutes.  Continue this for a total of 5 times, end with a cool down.
